find my old Facebook account?

Go to the account’s profile and select Find Support or Report Profile. Select Something Else, then Next. Tap Recover this account and wait for it to finish.

Open the Settings menu and then go into the Activity Log by selecting Your Facebook Information. From there, click the first date on the timeline that appears on the right-hand side of the page, then scroll down to the bottom of the screen.

You may be able to regain access to your Facebook account by using a different email address or phone number listed on it. Go to facebook.com/login/identify and follow the directions using a computer or mobile phone you’ve used before to log into your Facebook account.

Facebook has a help center page where you can verify your identity. Upload a JPEG image of your ID, create an email address or mobile phone number that was (or was) linked to the Facebook account you want to recover, then click Send.

If your Facebook account is disabled, you’ll need to submit an appeal in order for it to be reactivated. They may or may not approve your request depending on the circumstances. You won’t be able to retrieve a deleted account if it has been permanently removed for more than 30 days.
