We recommend you choose one of these three methods for how to factory reset your KidiBuzz and follow it all the way through. Remember that if you want any personal information off your device before giving it away or recycling it, then you’ll need to use one of these procedures at least once! Method One: Hold down power button and volume up button at the same time, then press the KidiBuzz logo on your screen and release.

Method Two: Hold down power button until Kidibuzz logo turns black, then hold down home button while pressing and quickly releasing power key.

Method Three: Use a program like iTunes or Windows Media Player to connect KidiBuzz with computer via USB cable–make sure you have selected “Trust this PC” in Settings > General > Restrictions before plugging it in–then click “Restore Device.” Choose either factory reset option from following steps (it’s best to use Disk Utility for Mac).
