Go to your account portal and input your username (or email) and password to delete Snapchat. To cancel your Snapchat membership, go to Snapchat.com and click “Support” at the bottom of the page on the left side. Select “My Account & Security” from the drop-down menu, then “Delete My Account.”
Open the Snapchat app and go to your Account Settings. Choose a username from the drop-down menu below “Username” then click OK. Press I Need Help, then follow the directions on the screen to get to this section.
You may also delete your profile on a mobile phone, whether it’s an Apple device or Android, by going to your avatar and selecting the “Settings” option. Then click “Support,” then “I Need Help,” and then input “Delete My Account” in the search bar that appears.
Snapchat holds data in its cache to help the program run more smoothly. If you want to save space on your gadget, clear the cache. Pro Tip 🚩If you’re using an iOS device, rather than clearing the entire cache at once, you may remove some specific caches separately.
From any browser, go to the Snapchat Accounts Portal page (you can’t delete the account from the actual app).
