Go to your phone or tablet’s Google Play Store. Sign in if you haven’t already. Select “Subscriptions” from the menu. Find your POF subscription and select “Cancel Subscription.
Unfortunately, the Plenty of Fish mobile app does not enable you to cancel your account. To terminate your account using a mobile browser on a smartphone, go to https://www.plentyoffish.com/delete and log in with your username and password. Unfortunately, the app version of Plenty of Fish does not give you the option to delete yours?
If your profile appears in search results, it has been hidden by POF. If the profile does not appear, it has been deleted. You may also inspect your message history to see whether your profile has been removed.
Go to www.zoosk.com in your web browser, log in to your Zoosk account, click the cogwheel icon in the top left corner of the page near your name, then Account and then Account Status under Account. Select Deactivate Account from the drop-down menu.
Do not establish multiple profiles on Plenty of Fish unless our Customer Service Service staff has given you permission to do so. Do not use an account that isn’t yours, including this.
