If you’re looking for an old Gmail contact or an unsaved number on Android, here’s a helpful trick: Google maintains a list of every Gmail account you’ve ever sent or received an email from, including those you don’t save to your contacts, as “Other Contacts.”
You’ve most likely disabled this option in order to prevent Gmail from adding anybody you don’t know to your contacts list. When you input an address into the To, Cc, or Bcc fields of a message while composing, Gmail will offer suggestions from your Contacts list.
Open Gmail. open the email from the person you want to add to your contacts list. nap the three dots symbol to the right of the message. Click Add to Contacts listing, then it will be saved immediately. You may modify details and add more information by using Google’s Contacts.
