Go to YouTube, log in as usual, and then click “forget the password.” Google will confirm that you are the account owner using Security Questions, a phone number, or past activity on your YouTube account. You may either change the email address or simply delete the account after that.
Go to your Google Account settings. Make sure you’re signed in with your Google Account. Select Manage your data & personalization from the drop-down menu. Select Delete a service from the drop-down menu. Click Delete a service from the list. YouTube should be selected from the list.
Go to www.youtube.com and login if you haven’t already. Make sure you’re signed in to YouTube. A page for managing your videos will appear. Select the option to Delete a Video from My Channel, which will remove it from your channel permanently.
Go to the YouTube page for Gaia Link and fill in the blanks as follows: Enter your YouTube username and password in the box on the left. Unfortunately, there is no option to reset your old YouTube password for these accounts.
In general, it is expected that users participate in the YouTube community as active members. If an account is deemed to be excessively inactive, YouTube has the right to reclaim it without notice. Inactivity may be defined as: not logging into the site for at least six months.
