Step 1 In your Account Controls Page, tap or click on Payment Information under “Account Preferences” at the top of the page.

Step 2 Next to “Payment Method,” select Edit from the drop down menu. Step 3 At this point, you may either Delete or Change your Primary Payment Method if you wish and then Add a New Payment Method . You can also choose not to make a change at this time by tapping or clicking on Dismiss at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4 Confirm your payment method change by tapping or clicking on Save Changes . You will no longer be able to make new purchases via StockX until the current order has been completed and confirmed. Step 5 If you wish to delete your existing information, tap or click on Delete Payment Method .

Step 5 Once selected, a pop-up window explaining that if you remove this payment method, you will not be able to purchase items via StockX with it in the future will appear. Tap or click OK at this point to permanently delete your existing payment information from your StockX account.

Step 6 To confirm deletion of your data, a second pop-up appears once again informing you that all saved billing info for the payment method used to perform the action will be removed. Tap or click DELETE to finalize the deletion process.

If a seller doesn’t ship on StockX, their order is cancelled and they are banned from the platform.

No, you do not get your money back if the seller doesn’t ship. StockX is a marketplace where buyers and sellers trade goods. When you purchase an item, you are entering into a contract with the seller to buy that item. If the seller does not ship, they are in breach of the contract and you are entitled to a refund.
