After you’ve completed the procedure to delete your account, it will be deactivated for 30 days. Your friends will be unable to contact or interact with you on Snapchat while your account is disabled. After an additional 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted.
There’s a search bar on the upper right corner of the screen. Enter “Delete” and choose the first option that appears, which should be “Delete My Account.” Press it.
Snapchat servers are set up to erase messages in one-on-one Chat after both participants have opened and quit the chat. By modifying the erase conditions in Chat Settings, messages may be deleted after 24 hours. Snapchat servers are intended to automatically delete all unopened Chats after 30 days.
When you delete your Snapchat account, all of your data is permanently erased. Your friends won’t be able to find you on Snapchat, and all the memories you’ve accumulated over the years will be erased from the server.
If you remove your account, all of your stored conversations, current sessions, and snaps will be lost. You may end your Snapchat membership if you’ve sent a Snap that you wish to delete.
