Go to the Google Play Store on your phone. Select subscriptions from the menu. From the list, choose your POF subscription. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’ from the drop-down menu.
Unfortunately, the Plenty of Fish app does not allow you to cancel your membership. To do so on a mobile device, you’ll need to access the website from a mobile browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla.
The POF mobile app is available for Android and iOS users. To create or terminate a POF account, you must go to the POF web portal on your computer. While some people may find it more convenient to perform this task using their computers, others may want to use their phones or tablets instead.
In the most literal sense, if you’re using Plenty of Fish to impersonate or scam someone else, your account will be deleted. This also applies to establishing many accounts or attempting to access or utilize a user account that doesn’t belong to you.
If you don’t cancel your account or put it on hold, it will remain active indefinitely. Do not expect Plenty of Fish to delete your profile after you pass away if you want your account to be private.
