It is possible to access your PlayStation account by logging in with the PlayStation Network ID. However, if you have not yet created a PlayStation Network ID, then you will need to create one before you can access your account.
To create a PlayStation Network account, you’ll need to visit the official website and click on the “Create an Account” button. Fill out the form with your details and follow the prompts. You’ll need to come up with a username for your account, create a password, provide your date of birth, and answer some security questions.Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to log into PSN with your new account.

PlayStation Network numbers are what are used to identify each PlayStation Network account. This number can be found on the PlayStation 4 home screen, in the Settings app, or by looking at the email address associated with your account.
The PlayStation Network is experiencing some difficulties. Sony has not given an official statement on the issue, but they are currently investigating the cause of the problem.
If you want to make a new PSN account with the same email, you will need to delete your old account first. You can do this by contacting Sony’s customer service and requesting for it to be removed.
The process to switch PSN accounts on the PS4 is fairly straightforward. If you have access to both accounts, you can log in to your desired account and then log out of the other one. This will allow you to sign in with the second account without having to delete anything.
