Select Settings, then Accounts, and finally Email & accounts. Select the account you want to delete from under it, then choose Manage. After that, select Delete Account from This Device or Delete.

Log in to your email account. Go to this Microsoft page. Again, enter your password. Try out the alternative email address or phone number to verify your identity. To finish removing the account, follow the instructions.

In Outlook, go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles. Select Show Profiles. Choose a profile; then hit Remove.

If you attempt to remove Microsoft Outlook from your computer, you will find that there is no “Uninstall Outlook” option. Outlook is one of the many pieces of software included in Microsoft Office, a collection of applications that include PowerPoint, Word, and other applications. To delete Outlook from Microsoft Office, simply remove it.

Open a browser and go to Google.com. Login to your Gmail account. Click the grid symbol in the upper right corner and pick “Account.” under “Account preferences,” click “Delete your account or services.” Select “Delete items” from the drop-down menu.
