To delete Netflix profiles on iPhone, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen and select Sign Out. You can then sign back in with a different account.
Netflix does not allow deleting profiles. It is possible to deactivate a profile, but the account will still exist in Netflix’s system.
