To delete your Google account, go to https://myaccount.google.com/privacy and click “Delete your account or services.

If you factory reset your phone and want to remove your Google account, you will need to go into the Google Settings app and tap on “Remove Account”.
You can’t delete your Gmail account permanently without password. You can, however, delete your Gmail account temporarily by going to “Settings” and selecting “Delete your account or services.
To delete your Gmail account on an Android device, go to Settings > Accounts > Google. Tap the menu in the top-right corner and select “Remove Account.” This will delete all of your Gmail data from your device.

A factory reset will remove all of your data, including any Google accounts.
This is a difficult question to answer, as Google accounts are used in many different ways on Android devices. There are some things you can do without your password, but others require it. For example, you can remove apps that aren’t yours by going to Settings > Apps > All and then selecting the app. You can also delete data or reset your phone from the same location.
The best way to delete a Gmail account is to go to the Settings page and select “Delete your account or services.
