My Account is only accessible through aol.com; but if you can access it, use the following steps to cancel your service: Go to MyAccount.aol.com and sign in using your username and password. Select My Services from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose Subscriptions from the drop.

You can only cancel your account if it has no outstanding balance and you’ve waited 90 days since canceling your active subscriptions and paying plans.

After 90 days of inactivity, AOL automatically shuts down an account. If your loved one had a free account, the time period shrinks to thirty days.

If you’re not using AOL dial-up, you can still use and access several of AOL’s applications, email, and other services for free. Your AOL username and email are available at mail.aol.com if you’ve already connected to the internet and don’t utilize AOL dial-up.

AOL has changed a lot since its inception. Today, AOL is a provider of free email services, following years of continuous growth. In addition to delivering emails to AOL customers, they provide Yahoo, Compuserve, Verizon, and Frontier accounts with email services.
