If you want to permanently close your Fiverr business so opportunities and orders can no longer happen interactively on Fiverr (as opposed to just closing down the listing side of things), here’s some information that might help:
Deactivating Your Account – We do not have an official way of deactivating your Fiverr account while keeping your active listing(s) so that they can be sold in the future. If you do want to deactivate your Fiverr account without closing it, some sellers manage to get their listings taken out of the marketplace before being completely removed from Fiverr after selling them off or transferring them using this method: http://blog.fiverr.com/how-to-sell-your-gigs/. Keep in mind that as long as a buyer is viewing one of your active gigs, it will not make any updates (such as transfer / sale) take place on Fiverr until the buyer makes another action itself (like purchase or expire).
Once you have made your decision and taken steps to ensure your order files are saved, please go ahead and close your account by following these steps:
Go to Settings > Account settings.
Click on the Close my account link. A popup window will appear asking you to give a reason why you’re closing your Fiverr business. Please choose an appropriate option from that window and click “Close”. Another pop-up will ask for confirmation of this action; click Close again in order to confirm that you wish to close your Fiverr account permanently and no longer want it associated with your Facebook or Google+ profile (risking loss of buyer reputation). You should receive a confirmation message once the process is complete. Note: The 5% transaction fee discount you get for paying through Direct Deposit and making your first $10,000 will be revoked.
If you want to remove all your information from Fiverr’s records, please email our Data Protection team . Please include your Profile ID number (found under Settings > Account settings) in the subject line of your message.
Fiverr offers two options for closing your account:1) Fiverr will delete your information from their servers after you send an e-mail to their customer service team.2) Instead of immediately deleting your information, it can be set to expire in 10 years automatically.
You can delete your account on the mobile app by logging in and going to the “App Settings” page. Tap the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of that page, and then tap it again once you have read through all of the text. Afterwards, confirm your decision by tapping “yes”.
To change your registered phone number:Go to Profile > Settings. Click the Edit button, next to Phone Verification in the drop-down menu.
To cancel your PiggyVest account, visit the email address that you entered at registration. Address an email with “Request To Delete PiggyVest Account” in the subject bar and send it to [email protected]
To recall a message in Mail, in the Navigation Pane, click Sent Items. Open the email you want to recall and replace. On the Message tab, within the Actions group, select Other Actions > Recall This Message. Choose to either Delete unread copies and replace with a new message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message.
