If you are still in communication with someone you matched, you will see a message that states: “You are still currently communicating or have been matched with any other member.” Tap on the circle next to the profile of the person you want to remove or deactivate. Also, I’ve been emailing back and forth with eHarmony’s customer service department this week. This morning, they informed me that in order to reveive a refund on my membership cancellation, I need to have contacted Customer Service before the end of September! Why do you need to contact them if you don’t receive a live person when you call? Isn’t it kind of hard to cancel your subscription through mail or email? Needless to say, as soon as my account expires I’m going to report eHarmony for fraud and theft. If they’re not able or willing to answer basic questions or help their customers sort out issues like this, then they shouldn’t be getting away with
