Why is there a little blue notification light next to edmodo in my taskbar when I am offline? And why does this mean that there are messages on edmodo for me when I am not able to get online? How can I see these messages while still keeping them private from people who may be trying to contact me?

The blue light next to edmodo in your taskbar means that you have new messages. If you are not online but still want to check these messages, just click on the little blue symbol and they will download so you can read them without being connected. It is, however, recommended that if there is a chance that others may see your real name when it’s associated with the messages like this, it would probably be best to either delete the message immediately or go offline before reading them. This way no one who is not part of your network can see what might appear attached to your real name! Also note that under privacy settings for each post/message (in both apps) you can choose whether or not to show your name along with the message. This setting is helpful if you want to use edmodo but don’t want people to know that you are on here or who you are in real life (or vice-versa).

If you do not finish the MAP test, your school will assign you a score based on the number of questions you answered.

If you terminate a MAP test, the test will be stopped and the results will not be recorded.

There is no specific way to restart your NWEA test. However, if you have left the testing session and need to return to it, you can log back in with your original username and password. If you have forgotten your login information, you can reset your password on the NWEA website.

Yes, you can run two Nwea tests at once. However, we do not recommend it as it can affect the accuracy of your results.
