Log in to the fitbit.com website using your username and password. Select the gear icon in the upper right corner, then Settings. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen and click Delete Account.
Tap the Today tab and select your profile photo. nap the picture of the device you want to delete. nScroll down and choose Remove from Account. Tap Delete Account in Step 4 if you’re sure it’s not yours. Follow the directions on-screen to remove the gadget from your account.
With the trackers around, log into your Fitbit account. Tap your profile picture on the Today screen. Under your child’s name, select Switch to Kid View.
If you change your mind, it’s easy to reverse a name or user name on the Fitbit website. You can only modify your name or user name once every 60 days, and you may only alter your user name using the Fitbit app. Tap the tile with your current identity. Personal is selected. Make any adjustments you wish to make?
To clear all or part of the user data, go to the Settings app (gear icon.) To About. To Delete User Data, you have two options: Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Select Yes if you’re sure.
