Log in to your Play Console. Select Payments from the drop-down menu. Click Choose Payment Method under How you get paid. under the account, you wish to delete, click Remove. Delete the payment method from your payments profile by clicking Remove on the screen that appears when you click Remove.
There are occasions when Google will not allow you to delete the final payment option. If you have any type of subscription or location-based product (app, book, music, or movie), you must maintain at least one payment method on your account at all times and will be unable to remove the last one.
Go to Banking, then click Delete next to the account name. Confirm the deletion by clicking OK when prompted.
Remove it from your computer by going to your Google Play account. Click Payment Methods on the left-hand side and then Remove under the payment method you wish to delete.
Open the Google Pay app on your phone. Select Menu from the top left corner. Payment methods will appear. Select the payment method you want to remove by tapping it at the top right corner of your screen. Remove the chosen payment method by selecting More from the bottom right corner of your screen.
