Open the mobile app on your iPhone or Android device. Log in and look for the Delete Account option at the bottom of the App Settings page. Then, after that, confirm by tapping it. The data and matches are explicitly deleted.
It may seem like this is an infinite loop, but the reality is that every email you receive will always contain an ETA for account deletion. The time frame will generally be between 12 and 48 hours, although some people have had their accounts permanently deleted.
