To cancel your subscription, click Login in the upper right corner and sign in to your account with your Spotify credentials. Click on close account. confirm cancellation by clicking close account.
Click “Account.” Check your account settings for any errors. Select the “Close Account” option on the left side to proceed with the cancellation.
Login to Spotify.com/account and change your plan under Your plan, click CHANGE PLAN. CANCEL PREMIUM on the way down.

You can’t “reset” your account in the strict sense, but you may always manually: Remove your playlists control-a then backspace/delete.
