Delete any rows or attachments that you do not want to keep for example. Select all of the cells that you don’t want to keep, then press Delete on your keyboard. Yes, with the “Shift” key. Select the first file you want to remove by pressing and holding down the “Shift” key, then click the last file you want to delete. It will select all files with the “Shift” key, so be careful that everything you want to be selected is indeed removed.

To remove multiple files and/or folders, follow these steps: Select the things you’d like to delete by pressing and holding the Shift or Command key while clicking next to each file/folder name. Choose everything in between the first and last items by pressing Shift.

Go to the Files list: On the Files tab, select the Chatter tab and then Files on the left. Select a file name from the drop-down menu. Go to the Content Details Page by clicking Go to Content Details Page. Delete any content by editing it and selecting Delete Content from the drop-down menu.

The Data Management tab contains a number of options for analyzing, managing, and reporting on your data. To view the details of your largest files, go to the bottom of the screen and click on Storage Usage. The attachment’s name may be clicked to display it. You have the option to delete it from here.
