To delete Google backup contacts, you need to first disable the backup of your contacts. To do this, go to Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Backup Contacts. Here, you can set the backup to be on or off. If you want to delete your Google backup contacts, click Delete Contacts and they will be gone forever.
