Contact us for a callback. Chat with us on the internet. Visit your local Xfinity Store. Fill out an easy online cancellation form (we’ll contact you within two business days to confirm your request).
Click the Users tab. To the right of a user’s name, click Edit. Delete may be selected by clicking Remove. You’ll be asked to confirm if you want to remove the user after you’ve made your decision.
It’s difficult to cut the cable, but if you follow these (not so simple) steps, you’ll be good. Call retention, inform them of your departure and stand your ground, return all of the gear and double-check everything.
