Use Facebook’s Trusted Friends feature to link your new account to your friends. report the old account as a fraud.
To delete your Facebook page, go to facebook.com help delete_account and click the big blue button after logging in to your account. According to the Facebook help page: “When you delete your account, it will no longer be available on Facebook.
When you deactivate your account, Facebook does not delete it automatically. It’s something you must accomplish from your “Account Settings” page. Your account can’t be reactivated once it’s been destroyed. All of your information, including your Timeline, photos, buddy lists, and other personal data, is permanently erased.
If you know your login information, you can use another email address or mobile phone number registered on your account to regain access. Go to facebook.com login identify and follow the prompts using a computer or phone that you’ve previously used to log into Facebook.
If you discover your account but don’t have access to the phone number or email address you specified, Facebook can’t authenticate your identity. If you discovered your account and selected a method for receiving your reset code, type in the security code you received and choose Continue. Create a new password and continue by selecting Continue.
