If your iPhone has a corporate email account installed, there may be a profile on it. To remove this profile, go to Settings General Profile and choose Remove Profile.
Go to Settings Passwords & Accounts or Settings Mail for older iOS versions. Tap on an email account. Toggle the Mail button off instead. if needed, Tap Done for older iOS versions only.
Open the Settings app. Scroll down and select Mail Accounts. Select a mail account to remove. If you want to delete an account, choose it and then tap Delete Account. You may confirm by selecting Delete Account or, in some situations, tapping Delete from My iPhone.
Go to Applications Email and change the account settings. Tap Accounts on the Settings menu. Continue holding down the Exchange Account you want to delete until the Menu window appears. Select Remove Account from the menu window. To finish, tap OK or Remove Account on the Removal Warning window.
If your email program and your phone are set up to use POP3, each device will download “NEW EMAIL” from the server to that device. So, if you erase an email on your desktop computer, it will still be there on your mobile device. And vice versa.
