You don’t have to go into development mode to erase the admin from the system. All you have to do is do a power wash. If the device is administered by an administrator, things are a little more complicated. You’d have to contact the firm in charge of the machine and ask them to release it for you.
Please log into your Chromebook using the current owner’s account. Click Settings Advanced Reset settings. Click Powerwash to confirm. Restart the computer when it restarts to complete the process of changing ownership.

Your profile is located in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window. Click on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines, and then select “Settings.” Scroll down and click on “Show advanced settings.” Under the “People” section, you’ll be able to see your profile name and photo.

To change your Google Chrome account, open the Settings menu and select “Sign in.” Next, choose the account you want to use and sign in. If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one by selecting “Create an account.
