Open up the Mail app on your iPhone.Go to the Mailboxes section on the left-hand side of the screen.Click on your Smart Mailbox and then press “Edit.”Press “Delete” at the bottom of the screen.
When you delete a smart mailbox, the emails in that mailbox are not deleted. They are still accessible from your inbox.
In order to delete a mailbox, you need to first remove it from the user’s profile. Next, you need to disable the mailbox. Finally, if you want to delete the mailbox permanently, you need to set the mailbox type as “Permanently deleted.”To do this, log into Office 365 and go to Exchange Admin Center -> Mailboxes -> Mailbox -> Edit -> Disable -> Save -> Delete.
To delete a Mail folder on your Mac, press and hold the Option key and then click the mailbox that you want to delete. A dialog box will appear with all of your mailboxes. Select the mailbox that you want to delete and click Delete Mailbox.
A mailbox is a place where mail is delivered. A smart mailbox is a place where mail is delivered and can be accessed from any device or location.
