How Do I Add or Delete Devices from the Ring App?
To turn off Neighbors, go to the Control Center in the Ring app or at Ring.com and switch it off. This will cut off the Neighbor’s updates and alerts.
When the shared user gets the notice, they’ll get an instantaneous alert on their phone along with access to what’s going on live from your cameras. The answer is no; the shared users have no power to delete any of your ring content and only have access to what you allow them to see through your cameras via their app.
After you’ve swiped right to reveal the checkboxes, there will be a “Delete All” button in the bottom-right corner. With a single click, you can remove all of your Ring videos from all of your devices.
Following the expiration of your account’s designated storage time under the Ring Protect Plan, video recordings in your account are automatically removed. For more information about Ring’s video storage periods, go here. If you don’t have a Ring Protect Plan, videos will not be kept.
Log in to your Nextdoor account. In the top right corner, click your profile photo. Settings are the option you’ll want to choose. Click Deactivate or Delete Your Account at the bottom of the page. Select whether or not you want to deactivate or delete your account using the drop-down menu.
