To delete a family-linked account, you will need to delete the account which is the admin for the family group. To do this, go to your Account Settings and select “Family Linked Accounts” under “Family.” From there, you’ll be able to see which accounts are part of the family group and then select one of them to delete it.
You can leave a Google family by going to your account settings, clicking on the “Family” tab, and selecting the option to remove yourself from the family.

There is no way to remove a Google account from Family Link.
