Go to Settings. Tap Accounts and Sync. Tap the account that you want to delete and tap Delete Account.
How to Delete Gmail Account Permanently in Mobile

To prevent unauthorized access to your account, you can only remove devices from your account if you’re signed in with the same Google account. If you don’t have another device or browser available, you can sign out of your account and then sign back in.
