It’s not the same to delete a Google account from your phone and remove it. When you remove your account, it is permanently erased from Google’s servers. As a result, any data associated with your Google account will be lost. Simply deleting an account from your smartphone does not delete it entirely.
If you cancel your Google account, you’ll lose access to data stored on a variety of websites. If you have an Android smartphone, you’ll also lose access to any contacts linked to this account and any data saved using Android Backup services. Finally, the username will be removed permanently.
When you delete an account, everything connected to it is also deleted from your phone. This includes email, contacts, and settings. Important: You’re using an Android version older than 4.0.
The consumer Google+ shutdown will not affect any other Google products (such as Gmail, Google Photos, Google Drive, or YouTube), and your existing Google Account will be unaffected.
On most Android devices, Chrome is already installed and cannot be uninstalled. You may disable it so that it does not appear on your device’s applications list.
