Accounts is in the System Preferences application, which is in the Applications folder.

The account name on a Macbook Pro is “root”.

There may be an other account on your Mac if you’ve shared your computer with someone else. To check for other accounts, go to System Preferences and click on Users & Groups. If there are other accounts on your computer, you can delete them by selecting the account and clicking the minus button.
