To access the cache, follow these steps:
Open iTunes on your computer or Mac. Make sure that your device is connected to the computer via USB cable (not synced).
Select your iPad/iPhone from the Devices list
Click Apps
Scroll down to find “Words with Friends”
Select “Caches and Data”
Clear all data by checking each box next to Words with Friends, then clicking Delete 7. Reboot your iPad/iPhone by turning it off and back on again
