To resize a layer in Photoshop, first select the layer by clicking on it in the Layers panel. Then use the keyboard shortcuts ( Command + Shift + R or Ctrl + Shift + R ) to resize the layer.

In Photoshop, go to the Layers panel and select the layer you want to resize. Click on the “Resize Layer” button in the toolbar (the one with three horizontal lines). In the “Resize Layer” dialog box that opens, enter the new size in pixels (or inches, or whatever unit of measurement you’re using) and click OK.

Ctrl J is often used in keyboard shortcuts to copy and paste the text.

In Photoshop, Ctrl + J is commonly known as the “J” key shortcut for “Jump to Layer”.

There are a few ways to change layer order:-Select the layers you want to change and click the “Up” or “Down” arrow on the toolbar.-Click and drag the layers in the Layers panel.-Use the keyboard shortcut ” Shift +click ” (Windows) or “Command +click” (Mac).

To resize a layer in pixels in Photoshop, first, select the layer in the Layers panel and then click on the “Resize Layer” button ( ). This will open the Resize Layer dialog box. In the dialog box, you can set the new size for the layer in pixels by entering the desired value in the Width field and then clicking on the “OK” button.

In Photoshop, go to “File” and select “Size”. The “Size” dialog box will appear. In the “Width” field, enter the width of the object you want to measure. In the “Height” field, enter the height of the object you want to measure. Click on the “OK” button to close the dialog box.

To resize a layer in Photoshop without stretching it, select the layer in the Layers panel and use the keyboard shortcut Command+J (PC: Ctrl+J) to open the Layer Properties dialog box. In the Layer Properties dialog box, change the Size setting to any size smaller than the original layer size and click OK.
