Go to the Account Management website, sign in to your Ubisoft account, and click on the Account Information tile. Click on the Account Information tile. Navigate to the Linked Accounts area. Select Unlink from underneath the logo for the external account you wish to unlink.
Through the Account Management page, you may link your Ubisoft account to another platform: Go to the Account Information page and scroll down to the Linked Accounts section. Choose Link from under your platform’s logo and follow the on-screen instructions.
