Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions. Find Payment Methods in the drop-down menu. Fill out the blanks with your payment information. If you have more than one registered payment method, you may choose the default from this menu instead of adding each separately.
You can’t change your chosen payment option. Paypal is unconcerned about what you, as a consumer, want to do with your account. The payment method will always default to directly debiting your bank account if you have a credit card on file and a bank account.
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Profile > Online ID. Make a new online avatar. To completion, follow the on-screen instructions. After you’ve completed the procedure, you’ll be logged out of all of your devices.
Click Account Settings in the drop-down menu. A drop-down menu appears with Account Setting as its option. There’s a Close Account button to the right of Account Type, just below the word “Account.” To delete your PayPal account, click the Close Account button.
Clicking on the “MyAccount” button from the list of payment options on the left side of your screen will take you to a page where you can remove a card. Select your chosen option from the menu that appears. At the bottom of the menu, select “Remove Card.
