To find your account on eBay, you’ll need to go to this link: https://www.ebay.com/myebay/Once there, you’ll have the option of logging in or creating a new account.
This is likely due to an account restriction. If you have entered your password incorrectly too many times, eBay will require you to reset your password before you can log in again.
To change your account details on eBay, go to the “My eBay” page. On the left-hand side of the page, click on “Settings” and then select “Account Information.” Scroll down the page until you see “Contact Information.” Click on this link, and update your name, phone number, email address, or mailing address.
