If you change your name at OSU, your new username will not be linked to the old one. Can I change my name at OSU?A: Yes. As a student, you should submit a name-in-use change request to the Registrar’s office once your name has been updated in their system. Upon receipt of this information, they will update your [email protected] email address with your new preferred @oregonstate.edu email address as well
Attaching an example of someone’s original name and birthday to your request will help make sure you are requesting the correct account and that your email address is set correctly.
To delete your account, you can change your username and password to a different variation of what was originally set.
