You can change your Microsoft account in Lumia 520 Windows Phone by going to Settings and then Account. You will then be able to choose the desired Microsoft account from the list.
The Microsoft account is not associated with the Nokia Lumia. You will need to contact Microsoft customer service to change your account.
If you are using a Nokia Lumia, it is possible to change your Microsoft account without resetting the phone. First, go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts. Next, tap on your email account and select Change. Then, tap on the option for “Microsoft account” and enter your password. If you have a Windows 10 device, you can just sign in with your new account and the old account will be removed. If you have an older Windows Phone, there is no way to remove your old Microsoft account from it.
