The Settings app has a personalization option that allows you to choose between five lock screen images. To do so, go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen and check the box for “Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen.” You may also change the Lock screen’s background on the same settings page.
To access the Start Screen, press the Windows key. On the upper right corner of the Start screen, click on User Tile. Select Change Account Picture from the drop-down menu. Choose one of the provided backgrounds or use the Browse option to select a picture from your computer, Bing, SkyDrive, or even your camera.
Go to the View Tab. Place a checkmark in the Hide items box in the Show/hide section. Navigate to C:\Program Data\Microsoft\User Account Pictures. Restart your computer to implement the modifications.
To switch to the Start screen, open Settings, navigate to Personalization, and select it. Make sure Use Start full screen is switched on. After clicking the Start button, you’ll notice that the Start menu has been replaced by the Start screen.
Select your profile image on the My account page. Select Upload a new photo from the Change your photo menu. Choose a picture to upload and then Apply it. Note: When you log in to Microsoft 365 again, your new photograph will be there.
