Log in to your account. Click Edit My Account Settings. Click Add, edit, or delete my credit cards. Enter the card number and expiration date if known. If you don’t know these details, click New Card to add a new one using those fields.

Click Payment Options in your Account. Select Manage Bank Accounts from the drop-down menu in Manage Payment Methods to go to Manage Your Bank Accounts. Follow one of the following procedures: ADD.

Go to Your Orders and look for the item or order you want to retry. Select Retry Payment Method from the drop-down menu. Select Continue from the options presented to you.
