On the left side of the screen, click My Account. From the drop-down menu, choose Account Settings. Select Update Credit Card from Payment Preferences to update your credit card information for pay-per-booking commissions.

Visit your bank’s branch. Inquire about the status of your account and provide the information you need to update it. This is a simple procedure that may be done while you wait. Request for a form at your bank that will alter the details on your bank account.

When you process a cancellation or need to issue a refund, the Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) form authorizes us to withdraw money from your bank account. You must provide a completed DDA form in order to be eligible for early payouts.

At the top right of your screen, click on Log In. Select Traveler Login and enter login details. At the top, choose a name for your account. nSelect My Profile from the drop-down menu. Edit your profile by selecting Edit Profile from the drop-down menu. Make any necessary modifications before saving it by selecting Save Profile.

Locate the listing. On the right side of the listing details page, click the Ask Host a question link. If you aren’t logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in or establish a new account. Fill out the form and click Send to send a message to the host.
