If you’re having trouble watching your favorite TV shows and movies on Prime Video, we recommend trying the following steps. Go to Your Account, select Lists, and then Your Prime Video account. Select Accounts & Settings from the drop-down menu under your Prime Video profile image. Channels will be shown. Choose Cancel Channel next to STARZ after that.
Go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels and select Prime Video Channels. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel. Select Cancel Channel and confirm your decision.
