How do I cancel my free trial of Starz?
If you accidentally signed up for a free trial, or just don’t want to pay for the subscription asap, cancel it before you get charged. And if you have been charged already, Apple will give you a credit back to your account. That’s a win-win!
Here’s how to cancel your Starz subscription on iTunes (if you’re not using our step by step instructions above):
Tap Sign In at the bottom of the iTunes screen. Enter your Apple ID and password to sign in. Tap Account at the top right corner of the iTunes window. Scroll down and select View Account under Subscriptions from the menu options on the left side (you may need to scroll down). Find the Starz subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I cancel my Starz subscription via the Apple TV app?
If you subscribe to Starz through your cable provider, it might be easier for you to manage through the app on your Apple TV!
Launch the App Store on your Apple TV. Scroll over to Search and enter Starz. Select Starz from the search results. Touch Continue if prompted for Your iTunes Password or sign in with your Cable Provider / AirPlay user name and password (if you see this step).
