You can delete your account on the web by going to Account Settings and selecting “delete account.” You must be signed in to your account in order to delete it, so if you’re having issues logging in, please see Help Accessing Your Account for help.
Both our monthly and yearly Pro Unlimited subscriptions renew automatically. You may opt-out of automatic renewal in your account’s Subscriptions page by clicking the Edit button and following the instructions to confirm that you want to stop your recurring payment.
Although SoundCloud doesn’t provide refunds when you buy delivered SoundCloud DJ subscriptions, you have the option to opt-out of future payments during the current billing cycle. You may change your plan or cancel it on your Subscriptions page.
Log in to your SoundCloud account, then click the three dots at the top-right corner. Click “Delete Account” from the drop-down menu.
If you think an account is spam or fraudulent, you may “Report” it. This will prevent that person from communicating with you as well as any prior comments, likes, or reposts on your material. Our staff will examine all reports and eliminate Any accounts determined to be spam.
