Visit the Sony account deletion page and follow the instructions to delete your account.
To delete your PlayStation Network account, you can go to the “Account Management” page and select the option to delete the account. The process will require you to enter your password, parental PIN or answer a security question before proceeding.
The PlayStation Network is a paid service that you can subscribe to. To stop charging your card, you’ll need to cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your PlayStation online subscription through the PlayStation Network.
Sony does not delete inactive PSN accounts. If your account is inactive for six months, Sony may require you to verify your account and provide a valid form of identification.
On the PS4, navigate to Settings > PlayStation Network/Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4 > Deactivate All Systems.
