First, you have to stop your instance. You can do this by selecting the instance and then clicking on Actions -> Instance State -> Terminate.
Log into the AWS console and go to “Your Account” -> “Security Credentials” -> “Access Keys”. You can then click on your access key and select “Remove Access Key”.
To cancel your AWS server, you will need to go to the EC2 console and choose Instances. From there you can select a running instance and then choose Actions -> Stop. You can also choose an instance that is not running and then choose Actions -> Terminate.
AWS is not charging you for the free tier. You are only charged if you exceed your free usage limits. If you are exceeding your limits, it is possible that you are running a higher-level service than what the free tier offers.
The AWS account dashboard provides a lot of information about your account, including the current status. If you are on the free tier, it will say “Free Tier Eligible” in the upper right corner.
You can check your free tier on AWS by logging into the AWS Management Console, then clicking on the “Monthly Usage Report” tab.
AWS is a free tier for a year. It does not come with a cost but if you go over the allotted hours then it will charge you at a rate of $0.023 per hour.
