We will refund your full membership fee if you cancel within three business days of signing up for or converting from a free trial to a paid membership; however, we may charge you (or withhold your refund) the value of Prime benefits utilized by you and your account during this 3-business day period.
Go to Your Account under ‘Account Settings’ and select Manage Prime Membership. Select Cancel from the drop-down menu, which is the second option on the left-hand side of the screen. You’ll continue to get Prime services until your free trial has ended whether you cancel or not.
